Alisyn Palla is a metal artist, educator, and founder of Meraki Metal Works and Meraki Creative Works in Bakersfield, California. While working full‑time as a trial attorney, she discovered welding and found a creative medium that matched her appetite for precision, grit, and hard work. Through Meraki Metal Works, she shows what great tools can do in the hands of a working artist, while at Meraki Creative Works, she opens that experience to others, giving new and seasoned makers alike the space and confidence to use those same tools to build something real. Alisyn's drive for greatness is on another level, a journey KNIPEX knows well & is proud to support.

Andrea O’Connell, That Electrician Chick, has been in the construction industry since 2017 with experience in carpentry/general labor, then switching to the Electrical trade apprenticeship in 2021. She earned her Journeyman Electrician certification in 2025 and specializes in Commercial New Construction and Residential Service. When serving her community, Andrea needs precise, reliable tools to get her through her day and for that, she always chooses KNIPEX. We are constantly impressed by the manner in which Andrea not only completes her works but conducts herself as a human being.

Annie Van Orman is a hands-on Volkswagen restorer and self-taught mechanic known for her 1969 Volkswagen Beetle, Helen Wheels. With a background in filmmaking and creative production, Annie combines mechanical skill with storytelling to inspire others to pick up tools and start building. Through her projects and online community, she champions curiosity, persistence, and greater representation for women in the automotive world. We're proud to be riding with Annie as she continues the quest to hone her craft.

Pete Christian has been a bicycle mechanic for over 20 years and has worked exclusively on the pro racing circuit for the last 5. He spends his days working on the highest-level racing bicycles in the world, in some of the most challenging environments. With no room for error, he relies on his KNIPEX for speed, precision and durability.

Germaine Nelson, Owner of Capitol Plumbing & Heating in Bowie, Maryland has been working in the trades for over 20 years. Working in commercial, residential and new construction plumbing, he has experience with a little bit of everything. He is a true example of what having passion, dedication, and a strong work ethic can do.

Chris Davis, an owner & member of Lower 48 Instruments, is a monitoring instrumentation and integration expert. Or, as he puts it, he handles “samplers, flowmeters, field services, and integration for most things that touch water”. He embodies our definition of a true Master of Craft, elevating his work into an artform and relying on solid tools in his hands to get his job done every day.

Charles Sanville, The Humble Mechanic, is a Volkswagen technician and mechanic. He also is a staple in the automotive community, sharing his knowledge on all types of car repair (not just Volkswagen) and offering a place for everyone to connect and learn. He has been fixing cars as well as training & mentoring young techs for over 10 years.
